“Notorious Fraternity” Comes to Columbia

The New York Post has an article on the decision of the IFC at Columbia University to allow Sigma Alpha Epsilon to colonize this fall.

The lead paragraph tells the whole story – “The notorious fraternity Sigma Alpha Epsilon will be setting up shop at Columbia University next fall, a buzz kill to those who fear it’ll bring the deadly debauchery that seems to follow it at campuses across the country.”

Much of the story seems to be based on the comments from the Columbia Spectator’s (very benign) article announcing that SAE had been approved by the IFC.

Read both articles, and don’t miss the comments.
